After months and months of planning my own wedding it seemed like it flew by like a blink of the eye. Everyone had said that would happen—and they were right! It was a whirlwind! One moment I was getting into my dress… the next I was holding my fiance's hands at the altar… and then we were stuffing each other’s faces with cake. Before I knew it the decorations I’d planned and designed were being taken down. My guests were going home. There were so many little details and precious moments I could barely remember even the next day!
That’s when I came to realize how valuable wedding photography is. That’s why I am so thankful for my wedding photos.
Your wedding day will inevitably be one of the most memorably, joyful, exciting, and nerve-wrecking days of your life! Let me sweat the small stuff! It’s my job to capture all the little moments—the precious fleeting details that you might miss.
You might not see the look on your guest’s faces when they walk into your ceremony. You might not get a good chance to see all the decor set up, and untouched, before the room is filled with people and you’re at the center of everyone’s attention. You might miss the way you grandmother kisses your brother’s cheek, the tear a father or loved one sheds as you walk down the aisle, or your grand debut as a lawfully wed couple.
I pride myself in making sure to capture all these things—and more. When your mother-and-law pins on your groom’s boutonniere, or your mother laces (or buttons) up the back of your dress. These are fleeting moments you can never get back! I want to make sure that you can remember them forever.
I believe that weddings are sacred, holy, events. I am so honored every time I’m considered by a couple to be their wedding photographer. It’s a privilege I do not take for granted. I’m eternally grateful for the opportunity to be a part of and capture each one of my incredible couple’s amazing wedding-day stories.

My favorite thing about the weddings I shoot are the unforgettable memories made with my couples! Genuine friendships, forged with my couples, often last for years to come. Nothing makes my heart soar more than being amongst the first to hear about and capture your growing families, receiving invites to shoot at your family reunion or special events, and celebrating anniversaries.
Every wedding I shoot is a sacred event—I care about you, my couples as much as the photos I shoot. Because I love getting to know you… I can be sure that the photos I take genuinely capture you… not just an event, or a list of requisite poses.
From the moment I receive your initial inquiry, until you receive your final images and products, my priority is getting to know you as a couple. On your wedding day I’d much rather feel like a close friend than a “vendor” for hire. I’m going to be there for some of your most vulnerable moments—the things you’ve been dreaming about since you were a little kid. It’s very important to me that we connect with each other personally before your big day. I serve a very specific type of couple who recognizes that if they want genuine, emotion filled portraits together, then they need more than just "pretty pictures". They need the whole experience.
The first step toward working together is determining that we are a a good match. Once we find that we are a perfect fit then its time to move onto the booking process.

You can never put a price on an image, each moment only happens once.
I know you have a lot on your agenda! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming. So, I want to streamline this planning process as much as possible. I’ll keep all your documents and information in one location—our e-mails, proposals, contracts, your wedding questionnaire and your wedding-day timeline.
YAY! You and your fiance feel that I’m the right photographer for you, and would like me to document your unique love story! It’s time to save your date! All I require to make it official is a signed contract and a the retainer paid.
Once the date is booked we can move on to the fun stuff!

This is one of the most overlooked, but one of the best parts of the planning process! During your engagement session I’ll really start to get to know you as a couple. I’ll see the subtle ways you show your love to each other. It really helps set us up for amazing wedding-day images! You’ll also get a chance to get conformable in front of the camera, get used to my shooting style, and I’ll get to share some of my posing tips and tricks that will help you look fabulous in front of the camera on the big day!
Engagement sessions are a crucial part of our wedding experience together! It will really set the stage for us to make “photography magic” together on the day of your wedding.

I aim to give you more than you thought possible. After all, you deserve it.
As your photographer, a big part of my job is to keep your day as stress free as possible! Because of that, I like to be a part of your planning process.
Roughly 2 months before your wedding day I’ll send you a questionnaire. A lot of couples say that this questionnaire brought to their attention a lot of details that they might have overlooked in the planning process otherwise! I’ll use your questionnaire to construct a personalized wedding day timeline to ensure that you don’t miss out on your dream wedding photos! You know, all of those amazing portraits and detail images that look like they are straight out of a magazine???

Wedding day!
It’s going to be amazing—one of the biggest days of your life! It will also fly by, so just relax and let us get to work! I usually arrive earlier than our scheduled start time so I can scope out the venue, meet your family and wedding party, and be there to kick off our day with a hug!
I believe in telling the full story of your day—from all the pretty little details that you’ve been planning for months to the grand moments and the all the moments in between.
Remember! Today is about you and your spouse-soon-to-be! I’m there to help you remember every moment!

Ready?
I like to get “sneak peeks” to all my couples as soon as possible so you have something you can share with friends and family, or on social media. I’ll have a small gallery for you along with a “link” open to anyone with whom you want to share your sneak peeks. I like to get the blog up about a week after your wedding so you can enjoy it once back from your honeymoon..
Once I’ve edited all your images we will meet again for the big reveal! This is when we’ll comb through all your incredible wedding-day images so you can choose which ones you’d like to include in your luxury hand-crafted heirloom album and which portraits you’d like as wall art. This is also when you'll receive your complete gallery with high-resolution images.

Out of state? The cost is only a flight or hotel room to get me there to do your yearly session!

So, I only take a limited number of weddings each year to make sure I can give you the attention you deserve!
